BALI - 2nd Day
(22nd March)

So the second day of Bali was spent with all of us waking up early in the morning to go for a swim at the pool by our villa! Had a really nice swim while playing Frisbee in the pool! I still suck at Frisbee, never did improve on my skills since the day I bought it at Sentosa. Haha.
The day was spent pretty nicely i must say! Shopping at Kuta(bought quite a few stuff), went to Kuta Beach and dinner by the beach at Jimbaran.
Must say that Kuta beach is absolutely beautiful. The waves are like woahh. I didn't go in too deep because Ili and I had our makeup still on our faces. Well i pretty much wouldn't care if I didn't have on NON-WATERPROOF mascara. That was what made me think twice before dipping my face into the water. Wouldn't wanna have mascara smeared all over my face.
Baby didn't go in the water because he didn't bring his swimwear so he stayed on the beach watching us from afar as he looked after our belongings.
After about an hour or more, we got out of the water and dried ourselves. Saw Baby with a man sitting by his side doing something on his arm.....

A tattoo!!
Okay not permanant of course, but a temporary one, but hell, it looks so real! Couldn't resist not getting one so I decided to have one done along my spinal cord! Baby wanted to surprise me though, he never thought I'd do one for myself as well. Hahah, he had "SOFIA" tattooed on his arm while I had "SHAFIQ" tattooed on my back! :):)
The tattoo took about an hour to fully dry off. Mine's already fading now, sadly. It looked so cool when it looked REAL! Now it kinda looks like someone used permanant markers to write on our skin. Hahha.

After Kuta Beach, all of us took a taxi ride to Jimbaran and had a delicious Seafood dinner by the beach! It was magnificent. There were dancers dancing, and people playing music and singing for the guests at the sea-side restaurant. It was a nice experience really, especially with such great company! The candle-lit lanterns on the table along with the sound of the waves really upped the whole dining experience! Pretty romantic I must say!

The food there was delish as well! We had quite a feast. Sadly I didn't take any pictures because the lighting was pretty bad there. Anyway we had like squid, prawns,crab,vegetables,mussels and other stuff! Total dinner wounded up costing more than a million rupiah! But it was a dinner worth remembering. It's not everyday you get to eat such GOOD FOOD! :)
After dinner, all of us headed back to the villa and caught the movie"Shutter Island" on TV. Baby ended up falling asleep, while Ili,Bert and I had our eyes glued to the screen! It was a pretty interesting movie that had all of us talking about it for a bit when it ended. It's not out yet right? Hahah, well it's a pretty mind-blowing movie I guess, and it left me feeling a little creeped out at certain parts of the show. :P
