Room Tour

Woah, it honestly feels just like yesterday when my room was a total mess. It was not even a mess, it was a sty. A freaking pig's sty. It was sooo messy that it was too embarrassing for me to even take a picture. HAHAH. The sty however, will forever remain nothing but a memory, a memory I don't even want to remember or ever relive.
Even my boyfriend who went into my room was shocked. Too shocked for words.
It came to a point where my room was pretty much not even live-able, because of the tremendous amount of clothes all over the floor and bed, even on my chair.
Amongst my pile of clothes on the floor, there were tons of cat fur everywhere and dust breeding. But of course, I've washed all of them already. HAHA, you guys must be thinking right now...

Well... at least I finally decided to do something about my room. My really messed up room.
Lemme tell you how messed up it is.
The aircon wasn't working, the lock on my door is broken, so I always rely on a doorstopper(in the past) to close the door, and the lights aren't working because of a short circuit.
I'm glad that the door's fixed at least, and so is the air conditioning.
The lights are still not fixed yet, but I plan to have it fixed soon!
I'm so happy with my room now. I've made it a habit to always keep my clothes and fold it in my cupboard and to never let my stuff clutter my table, the floor or the bed!

I'm glad that the many visits to IKEA to perfect my room paid off! :) Thank you Daddy for spending your hard earned money on me, but, c'mon I'm sure you too, know for a fact that my room REALLY REALLY NEEDED a makeover.
It's still not fully done yet though because I plan to get a nicer set of drawers and a dressing table! :D But before, I save up for that, I'm gonna get my CAMERA! Wheeeee (:
Mini DSLR or DSLR? Hmm.... lemme get the money first then can talk ah..

So anyways, wanna thank my boyfriend too for following me to IKEA many times even though he HATES the place. I don't know why he hates it luh, I can spend a day there and never get bored. In fact, I get excited at the very thought of going there.

So to all my lovely readers who wanted me to sooo badly post pictures of my new room, HERE IT IS!
Ok, it's nothing THAT fabulous luh, but if I were to show you the picture of my room before, believe me, you'd be AMAZED! ;)
During Hari Raya when Kak Diah, Ili and the rest went in my room, they constantly kept saying, "WAH... WAHH.... WAH...." The twins didn't even wanna leave or get off the bed, so did Ili and Kak Diah! HAHHAH.

Ok, I'm so gonna get rid of that ugly off-white drawers, and get myself a new set of drawers!
When my room is FULLY FULLY DONE, will post another picture again. heehee (:



When everyone came into my room, my cousins included, the first thing they said was,

"Wah, macam bilik pengantin ahhhhh".

Translation: Wah... like a bride's room ahhhhhh....

And they kept saying stuff like, I'm ready to get married and all la blabla.

The first time I laughed it off, but then it got annoying. >:(
HAHAHAH!

Wanna replace this with a mirror but for now, this portrait drawn of me back in 1994 will do. HAHA.

He didn't let my mum throw away my toys because he said, they meant alot to him, because he bought them for me when I was just a little girl. :'(

So guys, ah.. can't believe I'm getting emotional and sad right now just typing the last paragraph..
Well.. guess all of us have to grow up some day right? :)
