Just now, I went to the SPCA with Amrita and Angel and it was raining heavily. We met a really nice SBS driver and he gave us his umbrella. Bad thing was, it was broken. So, amrita and angel decided to use their jackets to shield themselves(mostly their hair) and i used the broken umbrella and draped it over my head. haha When we got there, it really reeked of animal's droppings and urine. But i guess we should have saw that coming. It is an animal HOME anyway. So, while amrita and angel went to look at the dogs there, I headed over to the cat section. I met this really really cute kitten called Jasper, it was 2 months old. I'm planning to adopt it this week, but I hope it's still there. ): I wanted to reserve it, but I couldn't cos I needed to be 21 years and above. Anyway if i do manage to adopt it, I've already agreed to let amrita and angel be their god parents. hahaha. We also purchased the 'STOP ANIMAL ABUSE' badges there. Actually, angel and i wanted to get the shirts there, but sadly, they didn't have our sizes. :( So, we didn't get it in the end.
Anyway after SPCA, we went to Roxy square to eat and thought over where to head next, and KALLANG was the place we were gonna head to. Our initial plans were to actually watch a movie, then we decided to ice skate, then we changed plans again when we arrived there cos we thought the price was beyond our budget. In the end, we just decided to play at the arcade and camwhore. lol Today was still fun anyway. But, after the whole thing, it was bloody hell still raining!!! And yeah, we were stranded there, not cos of the rain, but cos we didn't know how to get back. We went there by cab so we couldn't find any bus stops or taxis around. So.. it was angel to the rescue! she called her friend and thank GOD, he decided to pick us up by cab. So, we were saved from the rain and saved from the terrible hussle it would have taken us to walk all over just to find a bus stop. Thank you ANGEL'S FRIEND. hahah and i found out he's the top counter strike player in singapore(woah~ pro sia), and he's paid US 2.5k a month just to play for Singapore. O.O Oh & I even video-ed the whole 'stranded' experience, which I am hoping to upload as soon as possible. (: Alright, here are some pictures. I couldn't really capture much cos most of the pics snapped at the spca etc were either in angel's handphone or amrita's digicam. :D
