hello! i know i've not been blogging for a long time. hahah
well, i've also been lazy to reply to tags on my tagboard, so do forgive me. i will try my best to reply everyone as early as when you post them. haha
sooo, what's been up lately?
justin performed last saturday at his school, but i couldn't come cos I was in Shangri La hotel ):
Stayed there on friday and saturday. :)
well, Saturday was the realllllyyy busyy day. haha, my uncle was getting married at shangri la hotel. and boy, i tell you, the wedding must have cost a BOMB! they even hired a damn long limousine to chauffeur them around, had like designer kind of food(you know, those expensive looking kind) for all the guests who came for the wedding dinner. There were different courses. Like, starters, soup, main course, appetizer and then.. THE DESSERT! THE DESSERT WAS THE BEST I TELL YOU!!! IT WAS A DESSERT BUFFET! i've never seen soo much chocolate in my life! THE CHOCOLATE FONDUE MOUNTAIN WAS LIKE SO DAMN BIG! so, all we had to do was help ourselves. there was cheesecake, chocolate balls, chocolate muffins, and other dessert that i've never tasted before.
everyone who attended the wedding was treated like some VIP. In every waiting room, there would be waiters or servers around with different trays filled with different kinds of food, and it's the kind that you won't find elsewhere but only in very very expensive restaurants.
So saturday, had to wake up very early in the morning like 7am, had to go bathe all, then go all the way to bedok by cab with my aunt from the hotel for the wedding tea ceremony. (chinese tradition, since my grandma was partially chinese and so was the bride).
Then, in the evening at about 5.30pm was the solemnization at shangri la hotel, in the Pavillion.(you know the part the bride walks down the aisle all.. yeah that's the solemnization part. hah)
At night, was the dinner(THE ROOM IS SO DAMN BLOOODY GRAND) in the ballroom, there was dancing and all. haha, like ballroom kind of dancing. xD

and friday(i dunno why i'm going backwards), well, friday was a very relaxing day, hahah. actually not really, i was in a room with my aunt and her two friends, separated from my family who were at home! hahah, well in the hotel room, i felt like i was with teenagers, all of us were like in our pyjamas, doing each other's nails, helping with the accesories on what to wear and all for the dinner on saturday. it was a really fun experience. :)
too bad it's all over! i'd love to have my own wedding in a hotel like that. HAHA, i'm so gonna beat my uncle kenneth la okay. if his wedding can be that bloody grand, i'll make sure mine is GRAND-er, HAHA. ok i think too far ahead. but anyways, i didn't take much pics. as usual. I ACTUALLY FORGOT TO TAKE PICS OF THE HOTEL ROOM!!!` LIKE OH MAH GAWD. and i couldnt take pics of the damn beautiful ballroom, cos the room was like quite dim, and my camera doesn't work well in the dark, since it's a camera phone. xP

btw, the pictures are not in any order. they're quite scrambled. :p
