Today work was from 12pm to 9pm, but it got extended to about 9.30pm.
Alastair and Samuel actually came to Breeks to visit me. Haha, they waited for me for 8 hours over! Thanks guys(:
In the end, we only managed to spend a short period of time together, but i'm sure we 3 will go out again sometime soon.
We waved to Yicheng from above since Swensens could be seen from the 2nd level. Hahah
After that, at around 10.30pm? I met Keith for a little while at Tanah Merah and we talked about so many random things which was fun because we kinda kept talking non stop. At a point of time, we were even talking about tuberculosis. Random aye? Yeah I know. Hahah
Ater that, he walked me back somewhere near my block while I waited for his cab to come before I went off. Overall, today was a good day. But work ruined my mood a little. I mean, I love the people there(colleagues), but there are certain things about the job i don't like, like managers etc. I think they're too strict on me just cos i'm a trainee. I feel as if I have so much to prove to them that I am not merely just a beginner, that i'm willing to learn if they're willing to teach me patiently. I feel as if so much pressure is being weighed down on my shoulders. Sometimes, i feel like giving up. Afterall, i don't really need the money. It's all in the name of fun and experience. But honestly.. what fun is there? Maybe in the beginning it is, but after a while, it gets monotonous and draggy. Hm... i'm gonna think about this one...
