What have I been up to? ............................................................
So for those of you who're curious as to what I've been up to lately... to answer your question: nothing really much. The past week I've been having my internship on weekdays from 8am to 5.18pm(yes I know, weird time to end. haha). 9 WEEKS TO GO! I CAN DO THIS! The only time I ever get to let loose a little bit and relax is the Weekends, which is why I always make it a point to use it to the fullest and catch up with my friends, since I'm usually home with the family on weekdays.
Here are some pictures taken from a party at Amara hotel about a couple of weeks back.
Definitely a night to remember! Playing card games, video-recording ourselves crazy dancing in the room(omg i've the video footage. i was so retarded. hahah), laughing, uh.. more laughing! It was quite a night! :)
I honestly think the best place to hold a party is in a hotel room. It's way classier and it's a much cosier place to bond with friends. You see if you book a chalet, people tend to form their cliques here and there, because the chalet itself is big, and it's outdoors, so people wander everywhere(and as a result, get bored easily, and leave). But, if you put a bunch of people in a room together, you're bound to make friends even if you've never met each other before.
Besides my crazy bunch of friends above, I also have another group of friends whom I'd like to call 'the greatest people on the planet'. - Pierrson, Melissa, Ann and Samuel(who's missing in action these days due to Army. boohoo. come back to us, soon Sam! we all miss you!)
Starbucks coffee session with the bestest. ...........................................................................
This was the day I discovered Starbucks's super awesome Beef pie! It's sooo goood! If you're ever at Starbucks, I really recommend you go buy yourself a Beef pie, because trust me, it'll be worth your money and it's super duper delicious(the best beef pie I've ever tasted - so far).

Iron Chefs at Pierrson's Crib ...............................................................
So last Wednesday, Pierrson, Ann, Mel and I met up for dinner over a Pierrson's. The last time we had dinner there, Pierrson cooked us a scrumptious meal that pretty much resembled Dog food(but tasted delicious). This time around, all of us decided to try our luck at cooking ourselves a decent meal, so off to the supermarket we went, to buy groceries!
I can foresee us doing this 10, maybe even 5 years down the road. We'll all be aunties and uncles by then. hahaha
Checkout time!
And so, we're off to Pierrson's place! We bought mushrooms, carrots, minced beef, minced chicken and some tomato paste sauce.

In the end, the maid took over. HAHA
Pierrson's dog! Cute but I was freaked out when he kept trying to come near me. :S
So anyway, after randomly adding ingredients in the pan(we honestly anyhow add sia). Pierrson just thought about the recipe on the spot, so yes, it was HIS RECIPE. HAHA
THIS IS THE FINAL PRODUCT. I must warn you though. you might wanna standby a barfing bag. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
TADAH!!! Oh those aren't sausages ah, they're CARROTS.
HAHA, how? PRESENTATION, PASS ANOT? HAHAHA I honestly think that, had we used a nicer bowl, it would have looked nicer la. This Pierrson just HAD to go get us this ugly looking pan.
So yes, this was our dinner. We brought the food down and sat down by the pool to feast. We were all hungry by then, so we honestly didn't care. haha
See I finished everything on my plate. And anyway, it didn't taste that bad la, really! :) May look gross, but it tastes pretty good, or maybe that's just cos we were all hungry? :S
See, everyone finished everything on their plate. The pan was empty too.
After dinner, it was time to head home! So before we left, we all camwhored a little(what's new, aye?)

Pierrson looks pretty good in specs right?
I'm absolutely loving Melissa's new geek-like spectacles!
So yeah that summed up my day with these people. Of course, this does not sum up my entire weekend la for the past few weeks because I don't always take pictures whenever I'm out you see. But hey, wait till this weekend, I'll definitely have something to blog about! ;)
