Mini Update: Perth, Fremantle ...................................................................
Hi guys! So i decided to just give you guys a mini update on my time spent in Perth so far! I've spent 4 nights here, and tonight will be my 5th night before I move into my own place. So yeahh, I'll have the whole place to myself for the last 5 nights before I leave for home(Singapore). Right now I'm sharing a rented house with a friend of mine over here, Sheryl.
I really don't want to leave Perth. Spending time here has really made me love this country so much. Sure I miss the food back home(although it's only been 5 days), and sure I miss everyone back home, but you guys have got to come to Perth to know what I'm talking about. Things here are so slow, so relaxed and laidback. Everyone's pretty much a bum over here. hahah! The smell of the fresh air here is heavenly as compared to back home. The weather for now is pretty cold though, especially in the night. Didn't expect it to be so cold since winter is already over. When I first landed, it was 9 degrees, and what I wore was totally unsuitable to wear during such weather.
Today I went to Fremantle, one of the tourist spots in Perth. A really beautiful place. Had a glimpse of how the beach is like(will have a proper beach outing soon), did some sightseeing and phototaking, ate Fish & Chips at Cicerellos (the view is amazing!! we were eating by the water, don't rlly know how to describe it. I'll blog about it soon) etcetc. Just a very chilled day with the company of a new found friend Janel(a friend of Sheryl's) who was really nice to bring me around. I've made so many friends here during my stay here which is really so awesome. Never thought I'd make that many new friends within such a short period of time, especially since I pictured myself spending alot of time in Perth alone. I'm really grateful for the wonderful hospitality that was shown to me. :) I'll blog about Perth soon. There are currently too many pictures in my camera already and I've 6 more days to go. hahah! Hopefully my memory card doesn't fail on me. Till the next entry guys.
