Ok, so today , I went to the gym with Claire! I really love gymming sessions with her. It was really fun plus we had the really good looking(in my opinion) gym instructor teach us how to use some of the equipments that we never tried before. Hahah, Claire and I are really weak I must say. When I tried doing back exercises that required lifting of weights, the gym instructor said to Claire , ' She is weak, just like you'. HAHAHA it was so funny.
Anyway, i'm so glad the gym instructor helped us, otherwise we never would have tried certain equipment in the gym such as using weights, this bar thingy and yeah other stuff. I don't really know the names of the machines.

So, Claire and I even ran 1 round around Bedok Stadium before retreating back to the gym for more exercises. We met at 5pm, and left the gym at 7.35pm. A very fruitful 2 hrs and 35 mins I must say. :)

Damn, my body is sure gonna ache like hell when I wake up tomorrow.
Oh, and HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO ALL!~ i've no idea how mine's gonna be like. :p
