Caught The Time Traveler's Wife with Aishah today at The Cathay. We were 10 minutes late, or rather I was the one who was late, so in the end we missed the start of the movie. Thank goodness Aishah knew what the whole movie was about so she explained it to me. It's a really nice movie I must say, kinda sad too. It's sad, but not sad enough to make me cry. I think, the only movie that ever made me really really cry in the cinema was King Kong, when the big gorilla was shot, and fell off the building. Yeah, cried like a retard i tell you.:( It was sucha sad movie. *sniff* Hmm, yeah kay, anyway, after the movie, headed to BK to buy hershey's sundae, talked talked, window shopped then took the train back home since Aishah needed to be back early to study. Exams are sucha bitch as well, gee, i hate exams. I wish we were all just born smart. If I were president, i'd definitely abolish the need for exams. What's the point in having all these stupid certs and diplomas anyway? Can you take them with you when you die? We live in such a sad world, where all we humans ever think about is money money money. My Dad always tells me that money isn't everything(apparently, my mom thinks otherwise..). I really admire my Dad. Living in such a modern society like Singapore sometimes, changes you. You turn into some money faced materialistic bitch , agree? For example, most girls wouldn't buy Brand-less clothes or even shop at "This Fashion", they'd go for I dunno... Topshop? Dorothy Perkins? Blahblah... Clothes serve only one purpose... and that is to CLOTHE you, you don't wear the freaking label right, you wear the freaking cloth so why do you even care what the label says? Geez man, but then, I'm guilty as charged as well.. heh..at times.. I realize that I myself, have turned into one of those money faced materialistic bitches you see around these days, who like to flaunt whatever wealth it is they have. So long if you're happy in life, happy with your friends.. family.. love life, how important is wealth, really? Yeah it does tide certain issues such as you know... having to pay bills, but then again, I'd just like to say that, MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING. and I don't know why I'm suddenly talking about money, but since I've already typed it out, I'm too lazy to backspace this whole load of shit before this fullstop. OKIE, SO NOW MOVING ON. When I reached home, I quickly changed outta my outfit, slipped a pair of FBTs and a shirt and headed to the GYM! :) It'd been a looong time since I last visited the place, so I decided to workout. When I went there, I was so glad that I was greeted with sucha warm and friendly smile from the Gym instructor. He still remembers me, and he even asked why is it I've not visited the gym for so long... hahah, well it's good to know that at least he didn't forget me! :) Gym-ed for about 1 and a half hours and left. NOW, I'M HOME. Just ate dinner, but I've yet to bathe, so.... I'm gonna bathe now. BYE PEEPS. :)
