Another year goes by... ....................................................................
A year older, a year wiser! Right aye? :D How fast time flies... gosh.. pretty scary when you think about it. It's like one moment you're still 17 and dating, and the next you're 28, married and expecting. So, this post is pretty belated! And if you read Kak Diah's blog, you'd have probably known what happened on that day itself! :) So basically, every birthday, the 'Roslan' family always has a Themed birthday party! :D The last theme was Superheroes gone wrong and boy was it loads of fun just thinking of dressing up! This time, the birthday celebration was held outdoors, at the beach to be exact, and I'm sure most of us didn't wanna end up looking toooo silly in public, which was why, the theme "Beach" was chosen! Simple huh?
NO, NOT AT ALL! At first, I thought that it was pretty simple to dress for the beach! That was till I checked my wardrobe to find that I had almost NOTHING that was suitable! Even the hat I wore ended up looking mismatched with my dress! Gah, if only I had a straw hat. It's time to shop soon. hahah.
So anyway, irregardless, it was definitely a pretty cool get together. I've said this before, but I have to say it again, I really admire the close-ness of their family. It's because of them, that I've started to bond with my family more or suggest more outings with them. I think it's really important for every human being to maintain a good relationship with your family members. No matter how many arguments you may have had etc, at the end of the day, no matter what happens, they are all you have and they are the ones who will be there for you no matter what. Afterall, as the saying goes, Blood is thicker than water.
Behold the beautiful Birthday Girl, aka Soon to be Mummy, Kak Nurul! :) She's really one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen in Singapore(No Joke) I think if you've seen her in person, you'll probably agree too. . And she looks more and more beautiful each time I see her luh, even though she's pregnant! :)
One thing I really appreciate about Kak Nurul is just how down to earth she is! She's so funny especially whenever she's with her best buddy Kak Diah. The both of them really make a good team! :) Whenever they're around each other, there's bound to be loads of lame jokes and laughter! (which most of the time, makes everyone around them laugh!). Though she's a celebrity, she never fails to remain a grounded person, and I really admire her for that because sometimes fame can get in your head a little. If you know what I mean luh... hahah.
So anyway, ON WITH THE REST OF THE BLOG ENTRY! :)

If you asked me, the coolest COUPLE of the night for the best dressed theme was MAKCIK AND PAKCIK! HAHAH! They look so freaking stylo-milo luh, especially with the shades! :D WOOHOO, GO MAKCIK! GO PAKCIK!

After all the eating and camwhoring, it was time to cut the CAKE! :D
