A Picture Paints A Thousand Words

Hey guys, so anyway these are some of the photoshoot pictures that was taken about a few months ago. Pretty belated, but yeah... better now than never! :)
The photoshoot with Xandra(the first part of the photos below) are some of the others that I received last week. Wanted to post them sooner but I kept procrastinating. So I finally decided to blog today! I know they all kinda look the same. I received these 8 and decided to just post all 8 actually. It'snot that I couldn't do any other pose okay, it's just that the photographer snapped plenty shots of me doing almost the same thing(just from different angles and stuff). I wish I could just go through the entire roll, and pick the ones that he didn't send to me because I know there were so much more! Like group shots etc.

The thing I really don't like about photoshoots is sometimes, you don't really get to pick the photos you want, or keep everything, because as a model, you only get a few shots(and even in this, you don't get to pick the shots). So usually, I'd just pray the photos turn out nice, because it'd be really unprofessional to tell the photographer which photo to edit and what not to. Remember, the photographer always knows best. (Tip for aspiring models). In my next "Ask Aunt Sofia" entry, I'll share with you guys(aspiring models, of course), how you could get started in this industry and some tips to share based on my own experiences I've had!

P.S To all those who asked me Formspring questions, I really apologize for the delay in replying them. Some questions are like over 2 weeks old. Ugh, my bad, and I'm sorry! I'll get to them as soon as possible! In the meantime, if you're actually willing to wait for my reply, feel free to continue formspringing me questions. It's fun reading them, and I WILL answer them eventually(if it's not a hate comment or nonsensical question.. duh).

So without further ado, here are some of the pictures! Like I said, they're all almost identical. But if you ask me, although they do look somewhat similar, they are actually really different because of my facial expressions.

I really enjoyed this shoot alot, and I'm absolutely loving the pictures. I'm definitely going back here to do more shoots! Such lovely scenery. Perfect for photoshoots and even wedding photos(if you're into mosquitoes and lots of greenery uh).

So if you're my facebook friend and if you actually do keep up with my facebook photos and whatnot, you probably would have seen these photos before. I do have some new ones, but they're currently in TIFF format, and I've no Photoshop to convert these images. :/ pfft. when I do, I'll share those photos with you guys! :)










Yes I was in the toilet. HAHA. But hey, I make the toilet look like a nice photoshoot location ok. HAHAHAH. or so I hope at least. :(

UPDATE : LIFE OF SOFIA DENDROFF

So, I just got home awhile ago and I FINALLY signed up for Muay Thai class! LIKE FINALLY! I kept putting that off for the longest time and I feel so happy (hence this blog entry), that I finally am gonna learn kickboxing.

Most would ask, why kickboxing? Isn't is a guy sport? Such a turn off for a girl...

But hey, I honestly don't give two hoots about what people wanna say about me. It's a healthy sport, and it's good if you wanna tone your body(which is what I actually hope to gain out of this sport). PLUS, you learn how to protect yourself. As a girl, I think all of us should learn how to protect ourselves, be it Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Karate, whatever. As safe as Singapore it is, we all do know that crime is still inevitable here. Molest cases, rape cases are increasing so much these days. Father rape daughter la, this guy molest this girl, stealing cases etc.
You should always learn how to protect yourselves.

Never have a"This won't happen to me" mentality, because the real question is, "WHAT IF it does happen to you?".

Better be safe than sorry! :)

And if you like clubbing like me, clubbers would know that guys in clubs, they're all real sick when they're all high and shit. Ass groping, this guy tryna grind you la, etc, well fret not ladies, next time if that happens to you, you'd have Martial Arts to back you up!

You see, even girls take up the sport! :) So I'm not the only weirdo. *halo above my head*



And not forgetting the fact that there'll be LOTS OF CUTE GUYS THERE! HAHAHA! ok la, this doesn't apply to me, because I can't be bothered about that.I'm just there to train and tone my body! But I'm just saying la... you know... ;)


I won't reveal the place I signed up at because I wouldn't want my blog readers seeing me all sweaty and unglam(if you sign up). HAHA, but I do know there are loads of Martial Arts centres in Singapore. Just go to Google, it's your best companion!
