As girls, we're really lucky because we get the chance to dress up with a wider variety of clothes than males. We get to paint our nails, we get to do all sorts of different hairstyles, we get to use different kinds of shoes(heels!!!), we get to use makeup to look better(in a way, we get to cheat a little. hahah!), we get to wear guy's clothes and still look okay in them(but if guys wear girl clothing ... well *cough* gay).
But the best part about being a girl?
It's the fact that guys wait on us and we get free meals on dates. HAHA. ok not to put it so bluntly lah, cos that just makes us sound so cheapo. But to sum it up, we're a much better gender to be in terms of dressing up..... and well... everything else(because we're just awesome like that - GIRL POWER!) Which is what brings me to my next point. Clothes.
Come on, I'm sure most of my blog readers are girls or women. The power of dressing up is so important because it's a part of our sex appeal. When you dress good, you look good. Whe you look good, you feel good and that in turn makes you more confident. And confidence is definitely sexy. Look at it this way, if you were a guy, would you rather date a girl who dresses as though she's going to a fish market(messy hair, faded torn dirty baggy t shirt, folded up jeans, torn and tattered slippers) or would you rather date someone who looks good(sexy wavy hair, body hugging dress and a nice pair of heels). Obviously the latter. Unless you've a thing for aunties in the fish market. :P Then uh... can't help you there.

Let me introduce you to a brand new blogshop, if you've not heard of them. NYLA.
SoNYLA(www.nyla.sg) is relatively new and has been up and running for about 5 months. The one thing I love aboutNYLA is that their clothes are really affordable and really nice! They have skirts, dresses, cardigans, blazers, jumpsuits and so on! You'll have to check the site out for yourself to see what's in store, and what you've probably been missing out the past 5 months of your life!
Most of their items are usually ranging between $25-$30! And let's get real here, how often do you ever find a blazer for $29? Even other blogshops usually sell blazers over $30, sometimes $40 over. I know because I'm a blogshopper myself!
