FASHION ......................................
There's so many things I love about Fashion. How styles and trends change all the time. How clothes can speak a thousand words about a person. How it brings confidence out in a person. How it just basically defines you.
I guess when it comes to my fashion style, I don't really have a particular kind of style because it pretty much changes all the time. There are days when I just dress down. And when I mean dress down, I mean... REALLY DRESS DOWN. School is probably one of those places where I'm just usually plain lazy to dress up. Maybe in Year 1 I'd take more effort in dressing up but then it came to point I got too lazy. Haha, or maybe it's because I wanted to save the 'better clothing' for when I really do go out. And so if you've seen me around NYP, you'd probably spot me wearing a simple tank top with shorts or a hoodie. I'm always wearing my hoodie. Hahah. super comfy.
But when I do dress up, I really dress up! :D I guess alot of people are like me in that sense. It's such a relief that most Singaporeans are quite fashionable. Walk around Orchard and you'll know what I'm talking about.
Funny thing about is me that.. I never really liked dressing up much. Never bought fashion magazines or anything, or looked up fashion trends and such on the internet. But when I got older, my love for fashion gradually grew as well. Especially... after watching shows like Gossip Girl. Heheh. Taylor Momsen aka Jenny in the series is truly my favourite fashion icon. I just love her fashion style! Google her or find for her on Youtube. She's gorgeous and her legs are honestly to die for.
Now isn't that just plain sexy? So tempted to try this look out! One day la one day..
Another one of my favourite fashion icons is Rumi Neely aka the blogger for Fashiontoast. Most of you should probably be familiar with her because she's pretty famous too. And I guess alot of people look up to her don't they? Hahah. But her style is really amazing la. She's one of those girls who can wear any outfit and make it look so damn good.
Now doesn't this look just look awesome?
I'm a very versatile person when it comes to fashion. Some days I can look extremely girly, and some days I'd look the total opposite. I guess some would prefer to call me a schizophrenic bitch. Hahhaa ok justtt kidding. But if you guys read my Femmex style blog, you probably would have seen the pictures below and you probably would also know that as of right now..... I'm totally in love with Pullovers!! :) Been wearing it so often lately. It just brings out a certain edge to any outfit.
Just a really simple look but with the right shoes, makeup and accessories, it transforms into a whole new other look doesn't it?
And I only paired it with a pair of high-waisted shorts. Hahah. The beauty of fashion. No wait. The beauty of being a girl. Dressing up is just so much fun! Probably another reason why I absolutely can't wait for my trip to Germany which is in about... 17 days more! I'll get to dress up entirely differently over there! Hopefully I get some good shots to share with you guys! :)
